* - Sign On Bonus is paid out in thirds ($1,500) at 90, and 210 days of employment.

New hires with less than 2 years of HVAC experience may be offered paid training in lieu of the sign-on bonus.

Primary Job Function:

To perform heating and air conditioning service and maintenance according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.

Work Hours: 8.00 am to 5.00pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime may be required occasionally in addition to on-call rotation

Pay scale: $35 - $50 per hour (Depending on Experience) + Full Benefits + Significant Additional Compensation Opportunities

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

• Must pass drug and background screens (Note - marijuana is now legal in Illinois and a positive result for marijuana will not impact employment opportunity)

• Strong communication skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Minimum 2 Years HVAC Service Experience

• Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School

• EPA Universal Refrigerant License
