As a Service Technician, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ensuring they operate at peak performance. Your role goes beyond just fixing equipment — it's about building strong relationships with both our team and our valued customers. Day-to-day, you'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct start-ups on a range of HVAC equipment from various leading brands. Your work isn't just about technical expertise; it's about delivering exceptional service that ensures customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Using cutting-edge technology like Mobile-Tech, you'll document your service activities seamlessly. This means completing work orders, maintenance checklists, and time sheets with precision and efficiency.

Requirements

The company evaluates applicants based on the following qualifications and previous work experience:

· Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

· Driving Record: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.

· Education: A high school diploma or equivalent. An associate’s degree from an HVAC trade school or at least 5 years of related experience are also considered.

· Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in computer use is necessary.

· Technical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building systems is required.

· Certification: Must possess a universal EPA certification.

· Professionalism: Candidates should have and maintain a professional image.

· Flexibility: Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed is expected.

· Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential.

· Preferred Experience: Experience with air/water cooled chillers is highly advantageous
