One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands, is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the Cincinnati area. We are hiring HVAC Service Technicians to provide exceptional customer service by educating customers on technical and investment decisions while making service calls in their homes.

Responsibilities:
• Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations.
• Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers.
• Perform services and repairs with a focus on technical excellence.
• Test each system after service or repair has been completed.
• Perform a proper inspection of the system to prevent future breakdowns.
• Effectively explain all services and repairs performed to customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure recommendations are written on invoices.
• Provide customer leads to sales team after identifying a potential need for system additions or replacements.
Qualifications:
• Completion of an HVAC trade program or HVAC field experience greatly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills a must!
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
