One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Corpus Christi, an affiliate of Authority Brands, has been the premier heating and cooling provider in the area for almost 40 years. Responsibilities:
• Assess HVAC systems to determine repair or replacement recommendations.
• Effectively communicate these recommendations to customers.
• Perform services and repairs with a focus on technical excellence.
• Test each system after service or repair has been completed.
• Perform a proper inspection of the system to prevent future breakdowns.
• Effectively explain all services and repairs performed to customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure recommendations are written on invoices.
• Provide customer leads to sales team after identifying a potential need for system additions or replacements.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience working as an HVAC Service Technician.
• EPA and NATE certification preferred but not required- we will train!
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight spaces and extreme temperatures.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
