Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems with precision.
Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running strong.

Install copper lines, duct systems, and gas lines when needed.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and future work.
Log jobs accurately in ServiceTitan and order parts as needed.
Assist teammates to keep projects on track and clients happy.
5â10 years as an HVAC Service Technician.
Proven ability to solve problems and generate revenue through client-focused solutions.
EPA Type II certification preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and service schematics.
Comfortable with tablets/smartphones for dispatch and reporting.
Valid driverâs license, clean record.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; willing to travel as needed.
Bonus: ServiceTitan experience, OSHA training, NATE certification.
