Our A/C Service Tech. is responsible for:

• Diagnosis and Repair: Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments of HVAC systems to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements. Perform repairs efficiently and accurately to restore proper functioning of air conditioning units.
• Maintenance Services: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components of HVAC systems to ensure peak performance and efficiency.
• Installation Support: Assist with the installation of new HVAC systems, including handling equipment, running ductwork, and connecting electrical components, under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing explanations of services performed and recommendations for optimal HVAC system performance. Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, including work orders, service reports, and inventory usage. Complete paperwork and documentation in a timely and organized manner.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues, and our customers. Follow safety guidelines for handling HVAC equipment, tools, and materials.

Requirements

Must have 1 year of technician experience.

Must have a Valid Driver's license and clean MVR report.

Must be able to pass a background and drug check.

Must possess the ability to own and use power tools to effectively execute plumbing jobs.

Ability to wear company approved personal protection equipment per local, state, federal or OSHA regulations.

This job operates in a construction site environment and may be outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions or inside conditions.

Must complete tasks, as assigned, within the company’s standard timeframe.
