We have an exciting opportunity for a HVAC Service Sales Representative located in Stevens Point, WI
How you will contribute:
We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who enjoys selling, has strong interpersonal skills, is independent, resilient and detail orientated. The primary role of this position is selling both Service small project work and Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMAs) for our HVAC product line to customers in our North Central region. This is an opportunity to showcase your persuasion and negotiation skills as you introduce a customer to Ahern’s portfolio of service and construction offerings. This position is responsible to establish contact with potential customers by scheduling calls and following up on leads while closing sufficient sales and effectively utilizing internal resources to execute service work while growing the HVAC business in our North Central region. You will demonstrate your ability to anticipate customers’ needs and develop a sales strategy to meet their expectations while developing and maintaining a positive ongoing customer relationship.
What you need to qualify:
Successful candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years of progressive field sales experience with preferably three years successfully selling HVAC offerings, Energy efficiencies, and building automation system services or projects. The candidate must be results-oriented, have excellent communication and customer service skills, proven leadership abilities, and strong planning and organizational skills. A demonstrated commitment to integrity and quality in business and the demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels are required.
