Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Marketing and sales efforts involve promoting company services and developing new business through strategic outreach and client engagement

• Customer development and retention focus on building strong relationships, meeting client needs, and encouraging long-term loyalty

• Estimating and budgeting by preparing accurate cost projections based on labor, materials, and the scope of work

• Written proposals developed to clearly communicate scope, pricing, and timelines in a professional and persuasive format

• Planning and scheduling include creating detailed timelines to guide team activities and meet project deadlines

• Cost control involves monitoring project expenses and implementing adjustments to stay within budget

• Ensuring quality and performance means upholding standards and verifying that work meets or exceeds expectations

• Timely invoicing and cash flow management require issuing invoices promptly and following up to ensure on-time payments

• Warranty administration includes managing post-project issues and ensuring prompt, effective resolution of warranty claims

• Review and understand contractual scope and project documents (drawings, submittals, equipment operations, and maintenance manuals)

• Ensure quality, performance, and adherence to project requirements, enforcing safety and quality standards

• Act as a company ambassador by marketing and promoting consistent and excellent project implementation

• Understand, practice, and promote all company values and operational procedures

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or GED

• 3 years of experience in HVAC or services-related sales

• 5 years of HVAC or Plumbing experience/vocational training

• Must have basic PC experience in Windows environments, working knowledge of Word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software
