The Service Manager oversees the service department for the Corpus Christi territory, ensuring operational excellence, strong customer satisfaction, and alignment with Texas Chiller Systems’ standards. This role leads service delivery across HVAC, plumbing, boiler, and electrical disciplines. The Manager is responsible for driving performance, managing resources, developing staff, and maintaining compliance with safety and company policies.
This position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency, maximizing field productivity, and supporting timely service delivery across multiple trades in a fast-paced mechanical service environment.
