What You’ll Do


As a Senior Service Technician, you’ll take the lead on advanced HVAC service work, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and correctly.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, AC units, indoor air quality systems)
• Handle complex service calls independently
• Participate in on-call rotations
• Educate customers on system performance, maintenance, and energy efficiency
• Recommend IAQ solutions, system upgrades, and replacement opportunities
• Collaborate with dispatch, management, and fellow technicians to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Graduate of a 2+ year HVACR training program or equivalent experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and follow manufacturer specifications and installation manuals
• Professional communication skills with customers and team members
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Willingness to continue learning and grow in the trade
• Physical ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments typical of Virginia weather
