HVAC Senior Sales & Service Technician | San Diego, CA

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

Use your HVAC expertise to help homeowners and light commercial clients choose system replacements and upgrades. This sales-focused role combines system recommendations, financing options and light repairs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Advertised total earnings: $125,000–$250,000 per year, including base salary and commissions. This is not a guaranteed base salary.
• Base salary with no draw.
• Up to 25% commission on repair sales; 10% commission on replacement sales.
• Up to 5% 401(k) match and 100% employer-paid health insurance.
• Bonuses and incentives.
• Ongoing training with multiple sessions per week.
• On-site gym and brand-new, fully equipped vans.

Sales Support

• Leads and team support provided.
• Ethical sales process without pushy tactics.
• Competitive pricing and a membership program.
• Customer options include 2 years with no interest and no payments on repairs and replacements, plus lifetime parts and labor warranties.

Responsibilities

• Present system replacement options, upgrades and design recommendations.
• Explain financing options clearly.
• Perform light repairs and service as needed.
• Follow the One Hour sales system and ethical selling practices.
• Maintain sales margins and revenue targets.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, organized and professional.
• Respect customers' homes, wear floor savers and maintain professionalism.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC trade experience and strong technical competence in HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales experience.
