Responsibilities

• Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (ServiceTitan)• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service/Selling Technician• EPA 608 Universal Certification required• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a clean record• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (subject to applicable law)• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
