Compensation

💵 $15/hour + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Top performers have strong earning potential with uncapped commission opportunities.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service during every appointment
• Educate homeowners on repair options, system performance, indoor air quality, and replacement opportunities
• Present recommendations and solutions that best fit customer needs and budgets
• Perform system inspections and preventive maintenance
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and customers

What You Bring to the Table

• Sales-minded attitude with the ability to build trust and educate customers
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
