What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to provide a tailored experience
• Build trust, show options, and help them choose the right system
• Sit at the kitchen table, answer questions, and close the deal
• No cold calling—we generate the leads, you take it from there

What We Need

• 2+ years HVAC experience
• 3+ years sales experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Someone with grit, confidence, and follow-through
• Someone who shows up sharp, handles objections, and gets the job done

Job Type & Pay

Full-time | On the road
Pay: $120,000–$300,000+ per year
