Are you a proven sales leader who thrives on coaching teams, driving results, and leading from the front? Horizon Services is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee branch sales performance, develop top talent, and help drive continued growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll not only lead a high-performing sales team but also work alongside them in the field, supporting customer interactions and helping close business. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring your team consistently delivers exceptional results.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Ensure consistent execution of the Horizon sales process and customer experience.
• Train and reinforce company policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue, closing ratios, and profitability.
• Build a results-driven culture focused on accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop top sales talent.
• Partner with senior leadership to establish growth objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Provide ongoing coaching and accountability to drive weekly, monthly, and annual sales performance.
• Participate in customer consultations and in-home sales presentations to support training and development efforts.
• Lead branch sales meetings and referral-generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations to support lead generation efforts and technician sales training.
• Coordinate and participate in branch and regional sales meetings focused on employee development and sales effectiveness.
• Ensure a smooth transition of newly sold customer accounts to operational teams.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience.
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
• Strong leadership, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and team development capabilities.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently achieving goals and deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with computers, internet-based applications, and CRM systems.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
