What You Will Do

At Johnson Controls, we're looking for a passionate and commercially driven HVAC Sales Executive to accelerate our growth across the Marmara Region.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding our market presence, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across our HVAC portfolio, including Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), and Rooftop solutions.

This is a true hunter role for a sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building relationships from scratch, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will work closely with industrial end users, consultants, contractors, and investors, representing one of the world's leading building technology companies.

How You Will Do It

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the Marmara Region.
• Proactively approach industrial customers, consultants, contractors, and key decision makers.
• Promote and sell HVAC solutions including Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coils, Rooftop Units, and related systems.
• Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and contract closure.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Effectively present technical and commercial solutions to various stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What We Look For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience within the HVAC industry.
• Strong product knowledge in Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coils, Rooftop Units, Cooling Towers, Pumps and Valves.
• Proven experience in developing new business and acquiring new customers.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong technical solution-selling capability and ability to advise customers on the most suitable HVAC solutions.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Completed military service for male candidates.
