COMPETITIVE BENEFITS PACKAGE:
This is a comprehensive sales position requiring both sales skills and Commercial HVAC Systems knowledge and understanding. This position is responsible for a group of accounts, driving and sustaining business in retrofits, upgrades, and large complex solutions selling. At least 90% of prospecting will come from the existing customer base

COMPENSATION:
Salary $85,000 to $90,000 base salary depending on proven experience/proficiency. Compensation package includes a base salary, monthly car allowance, and uncapped commissions.
First-year On Target Earnings (OTE) is $175,000+.
Tenured Rep On Target Earnings (OTE) is $225,00+.
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
