HVAC Project Manager

I'm working with a well-established and growing mechanical contractor that has built a strong reputation for delivering complex HVAC projects across the Texas market. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced HVAC Project Manager who can lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while building strong relationships with clients, field teams, and project partners.

This is an opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects, solving challenges, and driving successful outcomes. You'll work closely with operations, field leadership, and customers to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading HVAC construction projects from kickoff through completion

• Coordinating project teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to support project objectives

• Managing project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resources

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and key project stakeholders

• Evaluating project scopes, contract requirements, and execution strategies

• Supporting manpower planning and staffing needs throughout the project lifecycle

• Monitoring project performance to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

• Identifying project risks and implementing proactive solutions to keep projects moving forward

• Managing change orders, cost impacts, and contract modifications

• Overseeing project documentation and ensuring compliance with contract requirements

• Collaborating with superintendents and field leadership to achieve project milestones

• Mentoring Assistant Project Managers and supporting the development of future leaders

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 4 years of construction project management experience

• Strong understanding of HVAC construction practices and project delivery

• Experience managing budgets, procurement, scheduling, forecasting, and cost controls

• Knowledge of construction contracts, documentation, and change management processes

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced construction environment

• A solutions focused mindset with the ability to navigate project challenges effectively

• Ability to travel as required to support project operations

What You Can Expect

• Salary - $110,000 to $150,000
