Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial projects from inception to completion. The role involves managing all phases of delivery, including estimating, design coordination, installation, commissioning, and handover.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with strong HVAC technical knowledge who thrives on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage HVAC projects from tender stage through to completion, including planning, design input, and client liaison.
• 
  Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• 
  Develop project programmes, schedules, and progress reports.
• 
  Monitor budgets, procurement, and cost control.
• 
  Attend client and site meetings, addressing technical and commercial queries.
• 
  Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and industry regulations.
• 
  Support estimating and business development activities when required.

Requirements

• 
  Proven experience managing HVAC or M&E projects in commercial, industrial, or large residential environments.
• 
  Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (air conditioning, ventilation, heating).
• 
  Excellent leadership, planning, and organisational skills.
• 
  Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• 
  Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• 
  Relevant qualifications (e.g. HNC/HND, SMSTS, CSCS, F-Gas) will be considered an asset.
