Administers preventive maintenance and repairs for all heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment including lubrication, changing filters, cleaning coils, adjustment of dampers and controls, and changing motors and fans. Flexible work shifts are required.

Maintains preventative maintenance program and completes documentation as required. Daily 35%2.
Perform water treatment testing for all open and closed loops – report deficiencies to associated HVAC Technician. Daily 20%3.
Changes air filters and lubricates equipment as required. Daily 10%4.
Completes work orders and requests as assigned and maintains daily work log. Daily 10%5.
Provides support for other departments as required. Daily 5%6.
Covers for HVAC technician during vacation periods. Daily 5%7.
Log equipment performance as required. Daily 5%8.
Keep equipment clean and free of obstacles. Daily 5%9.
