Carrier Rental Systems is seeking an experienced, energetic, customer-focused individual to join the organization as an Outside Sales Associate to support our Houston, TX Depot area.
In this role you will utilize your skills and expertise front facing commercial customers in sales with installing heating and cooling equipment. With your experience where you will sell Rental Solutions including Industrial Chillers, Hot Water Boilers, Pumps, Air Handlers, Cooling towers, Electric and Gas Heaters.
This role is a great fit for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building relationships, and have outstanding customer service. This is the ideal role for those that are results-oriented and are adept at handling large mechanical customer projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the assigned territory and accounts through the sales of temporary HVAC and power equipment
Develop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer
Achieve annual sales targets and promote the growth of rental services while maintaining focus on cash flow management
Consult with customer for requirements of emergency and planned rental projects
Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service
Required Qualifications
HS Diploma or GED
2+ years of HVAC experience
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with HVAC Rental equipment preferred
Commercial HVAC Sales experience
CRM or Salesforce experience
Must be self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to influence customer's key decision-makers
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
Excellent writing, communication & presentation skills
