Job Title: HVAC Mechanic I
Assist with the maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems across the FLETC Charleston facility. As DAWSON’s HVAC Mechanic I, you will support senior technicians in ensuring heating, cooling, and ventilation systems operate safely and efficiently while gaining hands-on experience in troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
Location: Charleston, SC
Salary: $28.07 per hour + $5.09 Per Hour = $33.16 per hour (Salary may be negotiable and may be increased based on relevant experience and qualifications.)

Work hours are 0700-1600 with availability to be on call outside of work hours.
Work schedules are determined by management and may be modified at any time based on business needs, contractual obligations, and operational requirements.
