The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to deliver high-quality installations, start-ups, and maintenance services.
Complete residential HVAC system installations and finals.
Install registers, grilles, pads, and condensers.
Wire in thermostats and verify functionality.
Solder copper line-sets to condensers with precision.
Pressurize systems with nitrogen to test for leaks.
Perform vacuum testing to ensure system integrity.
Start up systems and confirm proper operation.
Support the maintenance team with general building systems as needed.

3–5+ years of HVAC field experience.
Strong knowledge of residential installation and system start-up.
