Wage Rates & Union Benefits
Wage rates and fringe benefits for this position are governed by terms of a collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between the company and a union with jurisdiction for the job location.
CBAs for union projects typically include a retirement plan (such as a pension, annuity, or 401(k)), health insurance (e.g., medical, dental, vision), and other benefits. Under some CBAs, however, you may be required to contribute a percentage of your wages toward the cost of these benefits.
Additionally, you may also qualify for paid sick leave, paid holidays, paid vacation, and supplemental insurance plans (e.g., life, short-term disability, long-term disability). The CBA contains the terms and conditions of eligibility as well as information about any costs to you.
APTIM's Human Resources department is prepared to answer any questions you might have about wage rates, fringe benefits, and their cost.
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range for this position is $ 42.70 per hour.
