HVAC Maintenance Technician

HVAC Maintenance Tech – $24–$28/hr + Spiffs | Paid Path to Service Tech | Take-Home Truck | No Layoffs!

You know your way around a furnace and an AC. You want a shop that will train you up instead of keeping you on tune-ups forever.

We're a locally owned, veteran-owned One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning franchise opening two territories in Sandy, Murray, and the surrounding area. Maintenance techs are the front line of our membership program, and the people we promote to Service Tech.

What You'll Do

• Perform scheduled maintenance and tune-ups on residential furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Inspect systems, document findings, and flag repair or replacement needs for the service team
• Enroll homeowners in our maintenance membership program
• Keep a neat work area and inspect it after every job
• Wear floor savers in the client's home
• Maintain a clean, stocked company vehicle
• Drive and work safely, every day

What You Bring

• 1+ year of HVAC experience (maintenance, install, or apprenticeship) or HVAC trade school completion
• EPA Section 608 (Type II or Universal); we will help you get Universal if you don't have it
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and a customer-first attitude
• Able to lift 50 lbs; must have basic tools
• Clean driving record

$24.00–$28.00 per hour, plus membership and accessory spiffs.

Compensation: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
