Seeking HVAC maintenance technicians with great attitudes! Experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Requirements:

• Learn and follow the proven Aire Serv systems and processes
• Perform maintenance on HVAC equipment for Residential and Light Commercial Air Conditioning Systems
• Clean background with no felonies
• Drug free
• Clean driving record
• Valid Texas driver's license
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Able to run 4 to 6 calls per day
• Ability to work within a team environment

Hiring Process: Typically a 1-2 week process

• Qualified candidates will be scheduled for a phone interview
• Upon a successful phone interview, candidates will be scheduled for an in-person interview
• All candidates will be asked to complete several skills assessments
• FIT Interview(s) with team members
• Final Interview with Owner or Operations Manager
• Job Offer

Relocation assistance can be discussed for highly qualified applicants
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
