CBH Homes is seeking a dedicated HVAC Trim Installer to join our Icon Air team. This role is focused on the final stage of HVAC installation, ensuring systems are properly finished, fully functional, and ready for homeowners.
You’ll work as part of a crew that values quality, efficiency, and teamwork, with a steady schedule and opportunities to grow within one of Idaho’s leading home builders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC registers, grills, and trim components with accuracy and attention to detail
- Complete final hookups for furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters, and related equipment
- Work closely with the crew lead to meet production schedules and quality expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in HVAC trim installation or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work extended hours as needed.
- Comfortable working in attics and on ladders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable team player with good communication skills.
