🔧 What You'll Do:
✔ Install/Replace residential and commercial heating & air conditioning systems
✔ Deliver outstanding customer service on every job
✔ Represent Xtraire with professionalism and pride
✅ Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
✔ EPA Certification (Required)
✔ OSHA Certification (Required)
✔ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Positive attitude and team-first mentality
✔ Clean, valid driver's license with a good driving record
✔ Ability to work independently while supporting the team
