Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – Finish
• Overtime opportunities available during peak season

What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Installer, you’ll install and replace residential HVAC systems while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service in the field.

Responsibilities Include:

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, condensers, air handlers, and heat pumps
• Replace existing HVAC equipment and components
• Work with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and airflow systems
• Read and follow installation specifications and job layouts
• Test completed systems to ensure proper operation and performance
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building codes
• Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness
• Support installation team operations and collaborate with team members
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service during every visit

Work Environment

• Field service environment
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, debris, and equipment noise
• Local travel required throughout assigned service territory
• Ability to safely lift and move HVAC equipment
• Ability to work extended hours during peak demand periods

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience strongly preferred
• Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and airflow systems
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset
• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification
• Experience with residential HVAC brands and systems
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation best practices
