Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – Finish
• Occasional overtime during peak season

What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Installer II, you’ll install and replace residential HVAC equipment while delivering a high-quality customer experience in the field.

Responsibilities Include:

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, condensers, air handlers, and heat pumps
• Replace existing HVAC equipment and components
• Read and follow installation specifications and job layouts
• Test completed systems to ensure proper operation and performance
• Ensure all work meets local code and safety standards
• Work with ductwork, piping, airflow systems, oil, and geothermal equipment
• Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness
• Support lead installers and collaborate with installation teams
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service during every visit

Work Environment

• Field service environment
• Exposure to weather conditions, dust, debris, and jobsite environments
• Ability to safely lift and move HVAC equipment
• Local travel required

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience strongly preferred
• Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and airflow systems
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset
• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification
• Experience with residential HVAC brands and systems
• Strong understanding of HVAC installation best practices
