Job Title: HVAC Install Technician

Responsibilities and Expectations

You will install residential heating and cooling systems, ensuring all installations meet high quality, safety, and code standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Tasks

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• Replace old or inefficient systems with new energy-efficient models.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork and piping as required.
• Test and verify system performance, airflow, and calibration.
• Review completed installations with homeowners and provide system operation instructions.
• Maintain compliance with building codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain organized tools, materials, and company vehicles.

Requirements

• Experience in residential HVAC installation with a minimum of 2–5+ years required.
  
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• EPA Section 608 Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience utilizing Service Titan highly preferred.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $20.00 - $40.00 per hour This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
