We’re hiring an HVAC Installation Technician Apprentice to support our installation team. This is a hands-on role working alongside experienced technicians, ideal for someone with foundational HVAC experience who wants to grow their skills and advance in the trade.

Schedule & Pay

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime: Available as needed

Compensation:

• $26–$30/hour (based on experience)
• Additional earnings through overtime

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
• Work alongside Lead Installation Technicians on job sites
• Travel to job sites within the service area
• Help maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Ensure proper documentation of installed systems (model/serial numbers, test readings, etc.)
• Collect customer signatures and required job information upon completion
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service
• Take on additional responsibilities as skills develop

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of HVAC installation experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• EPA Universal Certification
• Basic knowledge of HVAC installation procedures
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn, attend training, and grow within the company
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
