Lead, coach, and develop HVAC technicians in the field to ensure consistent high performance
Conduct ride-alongs and field evaluations to reinforce technical excellence and customer experience standards
Ensure installations and service work meet AllTech quality benchmarks and manufacturer specifications
Support technicians with advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and jobsite problem solving
Maintain accountability for safety compliance, PPE standards, and company procedures
Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and leadership to optimize scheduling, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Identify training opportunities and skill gaps, helping technicians grow their careers
Monitor key performance indicators including quality, productivity, and customer feedback
Maintain professionalism and composure while managing multiple priorities
Champion AllTech culture in every interaction

5+ years of residential HVAC field experience
Proven leadership or mentoring experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Deep understanding of installation best practices and service procedures
Ability to coach, hold accountable, and inspire performance
Strong communication and organizational skills
Commitment to safety standards and company processes
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
