Our client, a well-established mechanical contractor, is seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator to join its construction team in Chesapeake, VA. This position is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC construction projects, ensuring competitive bids, and supporting project managers and leadership in securing new work. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of estimating experience, strong technical knowledge, and proven cost analysis skills.
The HVAC Estimator ensures every project is competitively priced, properly scoped, and financially viable before construction begins. This role is critical to winning bids, reducing risk, and ensuring successful project execution.
