The HVAC Engineer - Residential will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential projects. The role includes collaborating with architects and contractors to ensure that systems operate efficiently and meet the specific needs of clients. This engineer will utilize their technical expertise to provide tailored HVAC solutions, ensuring compliance with local building codes and environmental regulations. The position also involves troubleshooting and resolving HVAC issues and leading efforts to improve system performance and energy efficiency.
Requirements
BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC design and installation within residential projects.
• Proficient in using HVAC design software and tools.
• Knowledge of local and international HVAC codes and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Experience in energy modeling and implementation of energy-efficient HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on cooperation between diverse groups.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.
