HVAC Engineer

Primary Responsibilities of the Role:

• Designing HVAC systems throughout all stages of the project lifecycle;
• Developing initial concepts and evaluating various design alternatives;
• Collaborating with engineers from other disciplines such as architecture, structural, and electrical departments;
• Addressing operational and technical challenges that arise during the design process;
• Engaging with clients, subcontractors, regulatory bodies, and other relevant parties.

Desired skills and experience:

• Higher education in "Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning" or equivalent;
• Valid professional licensing for HVAC design;
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC system design;
• Familiarity with the regulatory framework in the field of construction and energy efficiency;
• Experience in creating project documentation for "Gas Supply" and "Energy Efficiency" (considered an advantage);
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and other relevant software;
• Ability to communicate effectively in English on a professional level;
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
