What Drives Success

As an Emergency Replacement Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting commercial HVAC customers by providing fast, responsive solutions for emergency replacement needs. Working primarily over the phone, you'll manage an assigned territory of customer accounts, build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and help grow Lennox's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 100 commercial customer accounts within your assigned territory.
  • Sell Lennox commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and services through inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Prepare quotes, close sales, and provide timely solutions for customers with urgent replacement needs.
  • Build strong relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities to expand business.
  • Negotiate pricing and sales agreements while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Partner closely with the Commercial Territory Managers to support existing accounts and transition newly developed customers for long-term account management.
  • Proactively prospect for new business and help drive revenue growth within your territory.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys inside sales, building customer relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment where they can make an immediate impact while serving as a trusted advisor to commercial HVAC customers.

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to listen, communicate effectively, negotiate, and influence customers.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
  • Understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, product presentations, closing techniques, and account development.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of sales and marketing concepts and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Intermediate knowledge of commercial HVAC products or related industry experience is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

What We Offer

Compensation This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $65,600 - $86,100 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Benefits Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
