</div><div>Foreman will be responsible to coordinate and oversee manpower and materials at assigned Commercial HVAC jobsites (including plumbing) as well as be responsible for being the jobsite point of contact for customers.<br><br>Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to: <br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Studies building plans and working drawings to determine work aids required and sequence of installations.</li>
<li>Utilizes appropriate paperwork to order necessary materials and supplies ahead of time and coordinates delivery with appropriate personnel or 3rd party vendors to the jobsite.</li>
<li>Contracts and coordinates subcontractors</li>
<li>Inventory control</li>
<li>Ensures regular communication with Project Manager or other staff</li>
<li>Monitor quality of work, proper workmanship, installation and timeliness</li>
<li>Oversees and promotes safety awareness among all employees, subcontractors and vendors on the jobsite at all times, in all work environments</li>
</ul><div>Basic knowledge of construction trade(s) and advanced knowledge of employment trade required.<br>Completion of apprenticeship program preferred. Should be licensed.<br><br>
