We are seeking a motivated and experienced HV Technical Trainer to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality technical and safety training programs in this 7/7 rostered position.
Leveraging your High Voltage expertise, you'll design and deliver both classroom and hands-on training to internal technicians, mine site personnel, and external customers. You'll play a critical role in developing technical capability across the business, helping learners build the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to safely maintain, troubleshoot, and operate Caterpillar equipment and High Voltage systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HV professional who is passionate about sharing knowledge, developing others, and influencing the future capability of our workforce and customers.
