As part of our growth strategy, Hitachi Energy has engaged in a multi-year project (Reiwa) to upgrade our core ERP systems to single-instance SAP S/4HANA, standardize our IT application landscape and digitize our business processes to meet the needs of our expanding business.
Within Business Unit (BU) High Voltage Products (HV) the BU HV SAP Center of Expertise (CoE) is working closely with Local Business Process Owners (LBPOs) in the business Hubs, organizing the work of all our Key Users, driving system deployment and utilization to its full potential, as well as prioritizing harmonized requirements from the business towards IT teams / Hitachi Energy’s global SAP CoE.
The BU HV SAP CoE supports all High Voltage factories globally to optimize the value of our SAP investments by leveraging best practices to optimize end-user experience, assisting the local teams with training and issue resolution, identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
In collaboration with BU HV Master Data Manager, create SAP master data related guidelines and training materials to ensure a solid data basis for operations
Drive implementation of new master data related SAP concepts across BU HV
Analyze SAP master data and identify nonconformities and opportunities to enhance and evolve SAP data for maximum efficiency
Drive master data cleansing and adherence to standard in BU HV units
In collaboration with BU HV SAP CoE analytics, compile reports to support prioritizing and steering improvement activities
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, data analytics or equivalent work experience.
Excellent data interpretation / analytical skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly identify root causes of issues.
Proven track record in driving global improvement projects across multiple locations
Knowledge of S4/HANA platform preferred.
Experience in manufacturing and industrial services.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in global multi-national team.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
