QualificationsSYNOPSIS OF DUTIES
- Greet customers as they enter the restaurant
- Take reservations or put customers on a waiting list
- Give customers menus and show them to their seats
- Handle phone calls and customer queries about the restaurant and menu
- Assist various restaurant staff when necessary
- Maintain a waitlist of patrons during busy meal service
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Manage the reservation book
- Offer menus and drinks to guests once they sit down
- Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
- Perform opening and closing duties, as needed.
- Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately.
- Other duties as assigned.
PREREQUISITES
General:         Must be age 18 or older.  Must qualify for a Tribal Non Gaming license.
Education:     Education and/or training in hospitality experience preferred.  Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.

Experience:   Previous work experience as a host/hostess or waiter/waitress preferred.
Physical:        Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, grasping, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination.
