As a Hungarian Travel Support Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our Hungarian-speaking clients, assisting them with travel-related inquiries, bookings, and resolving any issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your fluency in Hungarian and English is vital to delivering accurate and timely support.
Responsibilities
- Handle client communications in Hungarian via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with travel bookings and provide comprehensive travel information
- Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions in our systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
- Communicate promotions and additional services to clients to enhance their travel experience
- Collect client feedback to contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- Fluency in Hungarian and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent customer service skills with strong communication abilities
- Previous experience in travel support or customer service is preferred
