As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our Hungarian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a pleasant experience with our iGaming platform. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support through live chat, email, and phone to our Hungarian-speaking clients.
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with a focus on satisfaction.
- Guide customers in utilizing our platform’s features, enhancing their gaming experience.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to achieve performance targets and uphold quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our support systems for efficient follow-up.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to deepen your understanding of our products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hungarian and strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related position is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer inquiries.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
