In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Hungarian-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our services. Your efforts will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in Hungarian and English through various communication channels
- Efficiently address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with teams to ensure effective solutions to customer challenges
- Gather feedback from customers to help enhance service quality

- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Hungarian and English with strong communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
