As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist Hungarian-speaking clients by managing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your role will be key in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service in Hungarian and English via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues efficiently and professionally
- Accurately record all interactions in the CRM system
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to solve complex customer problems
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve service quality
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures
- Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Bulgarian and proficiency in English are essential.
