Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Hungarian Player Support Specialist in our thriving gaming department based in Sofia, Bulgaria! In this role, you will be the main support contact for our Hungarian-speaking players, providing exceptional service and ensuring a fantastic gaming experience.
As a Player Support Specialist, you will address player inquiries, troubleshoot game-related issues, and foster a supportive environment for players. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about gaming and have excellent communication skills to engage effectively with our community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support to Hungarian-speaking players via email, chat, and social media
- Troubleshoot technical issues, gameplay questions, and account-related inquiries
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our support database
- Collaborate with other teams to efficiently resolve complex player inquiries
- Gather player feedback and insights to communicate to the development team
- Contribute to nurturing a positive and engaging gaming community
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the gaming industry
Requirements
- Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in player support or a customer service role is an advantage
- A strong passion for gaming and understanding of gaming culture
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms is a plus
