Responsible for working with new hires/rehires to ensure accurate completion of new hire paperwork packet including fingerprinting, background checks and new employee orientation packet, and serves as the primary point of contact at the Human Resources Reception by responding to telephone and walk-in inquiries. The HR Technician works closely with the HR team to ensure employee files are maintained, serves as a back up to the HR Specialist, and performs other duties as assigned to support the functions of the department.
