WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Deliver Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Talent Management activities in Hungary, ensuring their effectiveness and consistency with local, regional and global standards.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for selected roles and partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand business needs, provide guidance and ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Coordinate Learning & Development initiatives, including training plans, development activities, participant communication and cooperation with internal and external partners.
• Deliver internal training sessions and facilitate workshops on selected learning, development and cross-functional topics, using approved materials, tools and learning methods.
• Support key Talent Management processes, such as performance management, development planning, talent reviews and succession-related activities.
• Maintain accurate data, documentation and reporting related to Talent activities, ensuring compliance with agreed processes and standards.
• Build effective relationships with business stakeholders, HR teams and external providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Talent initiatives.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field. Master degree would be an asset.
• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management or a broader HR role.
• Experience in recruitment, employee development activities and in delivering training or facilitating workshops.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
• Proactive and service-oriented approach, with attention to detail and confidence in working with HR data and systems.
• Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
• Romanian language skills would be an asset.
