Responsibilities:
As a Talent Management (under Human Capital) intern, you play an important role to ensure efficient and meaningful outcomes that align with the firm’s talent and performance management efforts in engaging our people. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Be part of the team that works on current and/or new projects to support the Talent Management agenda for our people
Support in planning and coordinating of Talent Management initiatives/programmes, activities, and/or events in terms of logistics, administrative tasks and various internal stakeholder liaison
Support in updating, improving and/or developing Talent Management-related content and reference materials for various platforms e.g internal sites or documents
Support in Talent data and record updates, maintenance or consolidation
Support in research and analysis of programmes relevant to development of talents, where required
Requirements:
Students pursuing studies in business, human resource management, social sciences, and psychology background preferred
Possess an interest in people management and/or development functions
Motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English
Problem solvers with the ability to act quickly and pays close attention to detail
