Position Purpose:
The Human Resource Supervisor leads a team of compensation and benefits professionals and ensures the effective execution of compensation strategies and benefits programs. This role serves as a bridge between operational execution and strategic planning, contributing to policy development and process improvement. programs that support employee engagement and retention.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor compensation and benefits team members
Oversee implementation of compensation structures and benefits policies
Conduct compensation benchmarking and internal equity analysis
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate benefits packages
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
Support annual compensation cycles, including merit increases and incentive plans
Provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership on compensation trends.
Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
6+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong analytical, project management and leadership skills
Experience in compensation modeling and benefits strategy
Advanced proficiency in HR systems and Excel.
